Sound healing has been around for thousands of years, with some of the earliest cases recorded in Ancient Egypt and Australia.

We use Tibetan Singing Bowls in our sessions. The vibrations created by the singing bowls have a profound effect on the human body, causing the release of emotional and physical tension. They create primordial sounds, which induce a deeply relaxing and meditative state. This promotes well being and allows your body to heal itself, reduces stress, relieves tension, lifts mood and helps anxiety.

A session can consist of solo sound bathing and sound massage; 

• Solo Sound Bath - bowls are placed around the body and played, creating a relaxing wall of sound that bathes the client.
• Sound Touch (Sound Massage) - bowls are placed directly upon various parts of the body and played, allowing the vibrations to penetrate the soft tissue.
