Our Sound Bath Meditations use Tibetan Singing Bowls, gongs, drums and other percussion instruments to create primordial sounds and vibrations, which induce a deeply relaxing and meditative state. This promotes well being and allows your body to heal itself, reduces stress, relieves tension, lifts mood and helps anxiety.
Currently available on Zoom, so you don’t have to leave the house! Private and Group sessions available, sessions last 50-60 minutes. Latest available private session is 9pm, so you could even have a session before bed!
