Which is why we offer our Relaxation Packages which that can be tailored to your needs and circumstances, with on-going support. Each package can contain coaching, massages, healing treatments and meditation sessions.
Maybe you need a way to ensure that you put aside an hour a month for yourself, perhaps you need 30 minutes every week to focus on you and step out of mummy/friend/worker mode and just have a space to be totally you. You can also buy a Stress Relief pack, which will be tailored to your needs, containing a personalised oil blend, relaxation techniques, resources, dietary & supplement advice etc. |
